  • A new, detached house surrounded by greenery, featuring air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and free private parking. It is located 3 minutes from the Civitavecchia Nord highway exit, the Ficoncella thermal baths, and the Acquafelix water park. The city centre and the port are 10 minutes away; the public and private beaches of Santa Marinella, Santa Severa, and Sant’Agostino are 15 minutes away. The Allumiere beech forest is 15 km away; Rome is 60 km away.
    Accessible only by car.
    The listing:
    New accommodation complete with all amenities: air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a laundry room. Private parking, barbecue, and outdoor furniture. My dog, Sid, lives with me; he’s a very gentle and playful dog (if you’re afraid of dogs, it’s best to stay elsewhere), but please avoid bringing children.

Located only minutes from the center of Civitavechia this property is the perfect spot for a wonderful vacation. The views are amazing and the host is extremely nice and pleasent. The apartment is fit with everything you need for a comfortable accomodation. Highly recommended.

lovely minimalist decor, walk-in shower, comfortable bed, beautiful view over Civitavecchia and Meditarrean sea. Garage aluminium door noisy with winds during night. Host very gracious, well received to explain the lodging and suggested a very good restaurant in town.
