“Surface very bad. Very dirty & lots of broken item in the room. Far away from Yellowstone national park. And on and on and on………”

“The room was very small, the shower area especially was very cramped. There was no soap or shampoo etc in the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and clean. We were travelling and cooking our own food, but there were no facilities to do that, even though it stated BBQ area. There was only an old bbq outside the office, which is close to the main road. The location was perfect though for a stopover, or to do The Beartooth Hwy, which was spectacular with lots of snow still around. Cooke City……

“Right downtown. Staff was very polite and nice. Our room was clean. Went to the pool and hot tub. Clean area and there plenty of fresh towels. Only went into the hot tub, definitely had enough chlorine in it. Breakfast wasn't that good, the food was blah. The staff in the breakfast area was very nice. As far as price for the hotel, overpriced. Walking distance to some restaurants downtown. Probably a one time stay for us, just passing through on to our destination.”

“There was no hot water. We called the number and was told everyone was checking in at the same time (only 4 total cars in the parking lot) give it about 10 minutes to recover. We waited 2 hours still no hot water. Called again and was told they would send maintenance. About 11 pm he texted to tell us they had discovered the problem. The next morning we still had very little warm water. ☹️”
