“Check in was simple. Room was very small (that's ok) Had a K cup coffee maker with no k cups or or drinking cups. No ice machine or ice bucket, the guys at the creamery gave us cups of ice. Hair dryer was falling off the wall and sounded like it was going to catch on fire. Toilet ran non stop. Shower curtain to short and all the water goes onto the floor. Only 2 towels. AC worked good and TV was nice. It has the potential to be a really nice place.”

“The staff was very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was among the best I’ve ever had at a hotel. They even had waffle makers so you could make your own fresh waffles, which were amazing. The rooms were also very clean and whenever you needed new amenities, they would bring them fairly quickly. The pool is only a maximum of 5 feet deep so it’s a lot safer for kids. I highly recommend this hotel.”

“The Grand Victorian was charming and breakfast was delicious, much better than a typical chain breakfast. The location is good and close to Mammoth Cave and other attractions. All in all, a great experience at a great price!”

“If you move in and find a lot of bugs, I have a good method to get rid of them without having to do it by hand. You can catch the bugs in the trash can and flush them down the toilet. But it's difficult to flush the bug corpses out of the room's toilet.”

“This place was very nice. It was very modern inside and a quiet country setting outside. We loved having a fire pit and being so close to the park. We would definitely stay here again.”
