"Basic budget hotel. For a $50-80 more you could get a better hotel with basic amenities such as toiletries, bathrobe and slippers. Lobby bar was well stocked and bartender was lovely. Staff is great, rooms are clean and worth a stay if you get it for around $200 a night. "

"Perfect hotel and in a great area. Walking to St. Lawrence market place and shopping center area. Staff were great clean rooms and restaurant was also good onsite. I would go back. "

"It's an older property that has been updated. The room was beautiful, but there were details that revealed the age, such as the inaccessible balcony and the cruddy showerhead. The kitchen area was sparkling, stocked with dishes, pots pans and cuttlery/utensils. There were even a couple trays of ice ready in the drawer of the freezer. Coffee station on the counter was fully stocked with pods and ready to go. The bathroom was stocked with the usual ammenities and more than enough fresh linens. The shower was the only let down. I assumed there would have been a tub when making the reservation. Not a big deal. The shower head was visibly worn, fixed to the wall and very little pressure. It was a challenge to get the shampoo out of my hair. The front desk staff at checkin and check-out werre very pleasant and very efficient. I ran into the houskeeping staff in the morning as I was leaving, the too were very friendly aqnd polite. The bed was comfortable. Airconditioner/heater worked very well and kept the room comfortable. I was on the 4th floor, so the view was nothing exceptional or even noteworthy. My room faced south, sothe sun was right there in the morning when I lifted the blinds. Wifi password was provided with the keys. Very fast connection. I had no issues connecting and was able to use my computer with no issues. Overall, I would say this was a great property, and will stay here again. It was very clean, friendly staff, great room. "
