He was hoping to have it all cleared up for my stay. Hoever, it must have been clear to him by the morning of my stay (at the very latest) that this was impossible. Despite that he did not respond to my requests for check in info until i managed to get his number from VRBO staff at the time i was to check in.”

"I checked in at 8 pm.Room is dirty with someone’s hair on the desk and room is filled with someone else’s perfume smell. Toilet still have paper in it. The room card’s demagnetize frequently. I have to go to front desk to reactivate again and again. Happened to have my door card deactivated unfortunately around 1am while getting some ice. No one’s at the reception and no staff is around. Waited there till around 3:15am when the reception lady returned from somewhere. Definitely terrible experience."
