「Everything was very nice, only 2 disappointing things, not enough room size refrigerators and house keeping, we stayed 5 days and they stated they couldn't give us clean sheets or towels until day 4.」

「This is a beautiful hotel with a special theme. Elegant finishes from the floor to the walls to the music. It all creates a fabulous ambiance. Go experience it. I would say it is more geared to adults. But there were a few kiddos in the pool. I am sure they enjoyed themselves. 」

「We had a great four night stay at the Hard Rock…everything we could want or need was at our fingertips, and the hotel is conveniently located to many restaurants and shopping areas. The furnishings in our room were a bit worn, both outlets in the vanity area did not work, water leaked from the shower a bit more than usual, BUT the room was very clean and most comfortable which is of the most importance to us! We will definitely go back!」

「The Hyatt was nice. I did not know it was pet-friendly. My mom’s room had a smell to it and it wasn’t until we saw several dogs in the property that we realize her room recently had a dog in it. For this reason, I will NOT stay here again. Breakfast was good and they had a variety of foods. My room was very nice, modern with lots of light. The staff was very helpful. I enjoyed my stay. 」

「Definitely a great location and it’s a beautiful place. Very easy to get in and out of the area. Hotel has been recently renovated and it’s awesome, but it still needs a bit ‘clean-up’ in some areas. It has a phenomenal potential with ‘extras’ at the pool area, ie, music, food, drinks, cabanas, pool boys (😉)」
