"This room was small but had just about everything you would need but some kind of table to eat on. We got a service charge at the beginning, I never understood it as no housekeeping comes unless you call for it. We didn't use any so this should be returned. This room was clean and in a great location. "

"We enjoyed the rental very much and the location was excellent in a quiet area. We enjoyed sitting outside on the deck and down by the waterfront in the evening. "We had an amazing stay. The only issue we had was that we were told we didnt need reservations for dinner then when we went to dinner, we could not be seated because we didnt have a reservation. Apparently, there was a staffing issue and they could not accommodate anyone else beside the reservations they had already. The dining room was empty and the outside patio was not even close to being full. This was a very big disappointment as I was looking forward to having a nice dinner here. We went to O'Briens to eat. This place is a restaurant/bar. We enjoyed our dinner, but it was not the type of dinner we wanted. We stayed two nights and only had one night to eat dinner at this hotel. I highly recommend the hotel. We ate breakfast here and the waitress confirmed the hotel's issue with staffing and call outs. "
