THE PROPERTY:
This Ranch style Estate located in the beautiful Ontario countryside comfortably lodges 30+ guests, a full kitchen, dining area and common areas throughout the home. A short 10 minute drive to Wasaga Beach Beach world’s longest freshwater beach, nearby world-class golfing, skiing and biking. Spend the day at Blue Mountain Ski hills or take a drive through the country!

NO FIREWORKS
SWIMMING POOL:
Note: Swimming Pool is seasonal and only open during summer months. Pool is open .
Pool is not heated!
HOT TUB:
Guest are asked to use caution while using the hot tub kinds should not be allowed to use the hot tub alone without supervision.
FIRE PIT:
All outdoor fire must adhere to township fire bylaws and fire ban set by the township of Clearview!
Bring your own firewood
Fire is only permitted in designated area.
CLEANING:
Cleaning fee paid by guests is for normal cleaning and laundry,
Any guests who leave the property in an unacceptable state or leave trash behind may be asked to pay additional cleaning fee of up to $5000.00
Guests are required to tidy , clean up the kitchen n wash dishes before checking out. dishwasher is provided.
CONFETTI:
Guests are asked Not to use confetti outdoors and if they do they are asked to clean up
SMOKING:
Please discard your cigarette butts in a trash bin or use an ashtray
ATTENDING /VISITING GUESTS:
Everyone attending the property must be included in the booking
No visitors, extra guests fee $50/person/day applies to everyone.
If a guests lies about the actual number of people staying or visiting the property their stay will be terminated and they will be asked to leave.
WILD LIFE !
This is ontario's countryside you may encounter wildlife such as Turkey, Deers, snakes , turtles and many insects, horse flies, bugs, mosquitoes. Bring bug spray.
If doors and windows are left open bugs and flies will come inside the house, keep doors and windows closed.
typically garden snakes are found around my property during summer, they should not be handled.
BBQ!
It has been impossible to maintain a clean propane bbq
As non of the guests clean up the bbq after use and we do not have enough time to clean and sanitize the house between bookings and clean up the bbq.
I suggest use our charcoal bbq or bring your own bbq and charcoal.
Propane tank is provided however guests must fill propane or bring their own tank.
DRIVING AND PARKING:
Guests must only drive and park on the driveway and the parking space. absolutely NO driving on the lawns or grass area. guests will be responsible for any damage to lawn.
SECURITY CAMERA
To protect our guests and the property a Security video camera is installed on the front wall of garage capable of recording video and audio on driveway
