「We arrived at the location on our reserved date and time. With no instructions on how to access the unit, we contacted the host only to receive an email stating that our reservation had been cancelled, without prior notification. We were stuck having to find a new place to stay at 8 pm. Will not look to rent from this host again.」

「The property itself was amazing! We loved being right on the beach. The cottage (#3, since they are all a bit different) was a bit small for four people, but we made it work. It was clean and well maintained overall. The WiFi didn’t work too well, and the shower was either freezing or boiling hot, no in between. Our goals were met though. We wanted a place on the beach that was close to restaurants, shopping, and other tourist attractions, and this cottage worked for that.」

「The Oasis Spa Getaway was a fantastic two night stay for my partner and I. The property was clean, modern and cozy! The unit had everything a couple needs for their stay including a sauna within the unit and a beautiful balcony. The host Michelle provided exceptional hospitality and was easy to connect with when needed. The location is great and only a short walk to the boardwalk and a quick two minute drive to the Nest golf course. The building’s pool was easy to access, quiet, and relaxing....

「What a wonderful place to stay! The hose was so welcoming from the first communication and throughout the trip. The property was exactly as described but maybe even nicer in person than the pictures. The condo was super spacious with loads of room in the main room plus the bedroom. And the bathroom! Wow! Definitely spa-like with a seperate tub and shower. Treasure is comfortable to hang out on. Instructions inside for pool and wifi were clear. The bed was super comfy! And the black out curtains...

「Good location for us with proximity to horseshoe resort and being able to ride our bikes down the hill in the morning, ride the runs for the day and take the lift up at the end. Stayed 4 nights. Nice, clean place. Suited my son and I well. Good amenities like the pool and bbqs. Hosts were good and were attentive when the WIFI went down. Fixed asap by service provider.」

「The listing says you will have the entire home. Description later down it calls it an apartment. The heading should say Basement Apartment NOT Entire home. I requested a refund or even partial but the host refused.」

「The unit was super nice, clean and modern. The only item worth mentioning is the sleeping situation. The unit is indeed a studio with the second "bed" being a mattress in a small loft area above the main bed. Not a big deal for us as it was just my son and I but if there was a couple or friends staying there they should be well aware that one bed is very different and right above the other.Otherwise, it is a lovely unit located right in the heart of Friday Harbour and close to everything.
