「Great location. Restaurants, gas stations and other stores were less than 5 minutes away. Kids enjoyed the pool. AC worked well. My only complaint is not being able to stay longer. Overall a great rental! 」

「We had many issues with this house. From the beginning, we never received any answers for the question we had about the rental before we showed up. As soon as we checked in, we received a text stating that one of the rooms was unavailable due to water damage. The whole house smelled like weed. We also could not use the garage due to the owners using it as storage. I’ve tried to contact the host multiple times and was not able to reach them. VRBO has also tried to reach out 4 times and have not...

「The view and deck is just as described, beautiful. There was plenty of room for 7 adults and 1 toddler. The house was nicely decorated and the kitchen great for cooking our meals.」

「This is the second time we have stayed here when coming to granbury to visit mine and my husbands families! Both times the house has been perfectly clean and the owner has responded very quickly to any messages. It’s located in a perfect place for us as well, half way to both of our parents houses. Absolutely no complaints about this property. 」

「There were 4 travelers, myself, my 2 children (18 and 15) and one of their friends. Another TV wouldn't hurt as there is only 1 in the living area, but we had what we needed and the host was helpful when I reached out. 」

「If you want to be near the stockyards only minutes away easy to get to. Lots of places to eat and not far from downtown if you need to go there. Parking is the biggest problem at house very small area to park. If you have more than 2 cars.」
