“We stayed for two nights from September 23 to September 25. It was raining and very cold during those days. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that there was no hot water in the bathroom. We reported the issue on the first day, but no one responded, so we had to take cold showers. As a result, both of us caught a bad cold and completely lost our voices. On the second day, we tried turning the water to the hottest setting and letting it run for 10 minutes, but only got some lukewarm water. In……

TV still on we thought someone in the room,There is a garbage under the table in the room, and there are two red dirty things on the carpet too ,a long hair on the blanket ，I originally wanted to change rooms, but the front desk said there was no one to work or tidy up during the holidays when we checked in ，Not a very good experience”

“The room was showing its age. Some staining on chair & there was a stale funny smell on our entire floor & room. The drain in sink was full of hair so not well cleaned & draining was slow. A/C took a long time to cool room. For the price I would’ve gone to a different hotel. Would be nice to have some complimentary coffee in lobby as w E didn’t have much time to go in restaurant for a single cup. Parking for valet was a Bit tight with traffic zooming by.”

“Clean and great staff. Was there for 3 days and no issues. Breakfast is grab and go but there are tons of restaurants near.Not my normal accommodations but it worked for me. I would stay again.”

“The property and staff were great, but the pool was too cold for my adult children and several other guests that came in to use it. It was a nice big clean pool, just too cold. We usually prefer a pool area with a hot tub, but didn't see one at any hotel in our chosen areas. The breakfast was one of the best. From the set up to the taste, to the room cleanliness, it was five star.”

“First room the floor was chipped everywhere . Dusty ac filter and unit . Broken shower head . No fridge , Second room no microwave but the first one did and still broken shower head .. staff not super friendly except for like 1 . Didn’t check on us in those 4 days I had To ask for new towels … and toilet paper. . Beds are very hard . I wouldn’t stay here again … original pricing for that crappy hotel doesn’t make sense or add up . Don’t recommend at all”
