Newly Renovated Cute Home on Golf Course.

We have just finished renovating our modular home in Clerbrook Golf & RV Resort, located in sunny Clermont, Florida! On 287 acres of prime landscape in the heart of beautiful Lake County. With an 18-hole golf course featuring rolling fairways and interconnecting ponds, Clerbrook Golf & RV Resort offers the best golfing in the Clermont area. With a perfect location near Orlando, experience the relaxation of a Florida golf day while still close to the excitement of the city.

The Resort also offers 3 pools, workout room and a lovely walk around the course!
Our unit is a one bedroom, one bathroom, with a kitchen, livingroom and family room. The living room has a nice queen-size new sofa bed and the family room has a large sectional with three recliners! Three TVs, WI-FII, back porch with a BBQ. The back porch is on the golf course!
Lots of dining, dancing, hiking and kayaking to choose from near by.
