The front desk was fantastic, but the room was sub par. Garbage on deck, lights burnt out in bathroom. The overall is starting to show its age with the price a bit much for what it was advertised as. Again the staff was great and super helpful when issues were brought to light.

The location was great. I was surrounded by all the attractions I had in my itinerary. One of the desk clerks was very informative property amenities surrounding attractions. All the staff was friendly and courteous. Room was so clean and maintained it looked like it had recently been renovated I would absolutely stay here again and would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

While the front desk staff were very friendly and professional that was the end of anything good I can say about this property. The couch was completely ripped and stained, the other furniture was rather worn. There were stains on the ceiling, layers of dust on the legs of the furniture and the sink was very slow draining. The carpet, I am having trouble figuring out how to describe…it felt damp and very sticky. The sliding patio door, which was stuck on the track so we were unable to open this BUT it did not seal well enough to keep the marijuana smoke from wafting into our room from the sidewalk.

We had a good stay at the Courtyard in Westlake, OH. The staff were very friendly including the staff cleaning rooms that we ran into. No issues checking in or out. Some changes that would be appreciated are better pillows. The mattress is firm which I liked but my husband did not- i think that's more of a personal preference. The smoke alarm in our room had this little light that kept flashing so the room would be pitch black and the light would flash every 2 minutes. That was a little annoying until you fell asleep. Some extra care is needed for things like light fixture by the bed that had its cover kind of falling off and the air con could use a clean. Breakfast options were excellent and the morning staff was lovely. Pool was nice to use and open til 11pm which was fun. I would stay here again but maybe bring my own pillow next time.

It was a fantastic visit. The property is in a nice location in the middle of everything we wanted to do, but not so hectic that we struggled to find parking or had to fight traffic to get there. Staff was extremely pleasant and greeted us on every passing. The layout of the rooms was also great. We traveled with an 11 year old who loved the modern shaped pull out sofa.

The staff is very kind and helpful. The room was clean but bathroom needs updating, The toilet was very low to ground and the walls and ceiling looks like it needs redone due to time and wear and tear. The refrigerator is more like a cooler and shouldn’t be called or considered a refrigerator. It runs for 2 hrs at a time if you push a button to run it for a 2 hour limit, it’s either that button or an off button. Ice machine on 2nd floor should be tended to. It spit out black specks with the ice. Ok to use to keep things cold but not for drinking. Which is disappointing because the fridge doesn’t work, so I used it as a cooler with the ice from 2nd floor. Ice from the bistro on main floor is what I used for drinking. Pillows are fluffy but offer no support really. Bed is extremely firm. The staff was my favorite part of my stay. Patio is nice.
