When i checked in everybody was nice but when i got to my room the flooring and ends of the walls were torn , The bathroom toilet leaked && when i would call the front desk for towels and rags they would have me come downstairs for them and i am 8 months pregnant. that was unacceptable

I was in the shower. The water turned scolding hot, causing me to jump and slip and fall in the shower. I busted my chin wide open and went dizzy and laid out in the shower. Luckily my friend was there with me to come to my rescue. I was taken to the hospital and got a total of 6 stitches. I AM MORE THAN UPSET!!! I’ve told them about the hot water before. This scar will be on my face for life.

Booked this property for 3 nights for a business trip, checking in very late the first night. Immediately upon entering the room, the room did not resemble the pictures at all. Incredibly dirty and unkept. Moldy caulk around the tub, dirty linens, door did not open/close properly, or lock. Wifi did not work either. If it wasnt so late I would have checked out immediately. Given the time of night, I chose to check out in the morning and found other accommodations.

Room was clean, check in was easy. The area was quiet and the boring seemed generally secure. Only one, small complaint: though we were gone all day, our room didn't get serviced. Overall, a good stay and i would stay here again.
