The place was good for sleeping, and slept everybody that came. The kitchen was a little dusty/looked unsanitary. The shower was either super hot or cold, no in between. The hot water knob kept moving on it’s own making it hotter.

Worst Experience!

It’s hard to know where to start..the floors were uneven and super soft in some areas. My elderly mother was with me and almost fell twice. The walls had cracks, paint peeling all over the house, the bathroom door was dirty, the tub had mold, the shower curtain was filthy, the bedroom in the back had a broken window, it wouldn’t lock. The back door knob was loose and we were nervous about the safety of the property. There were stains on the couch, there was dirt and debris in the floor vent in the kitchen. The pillows had stains and the bunk beds were not secure. When we arrived to the unit, I had to actually go to the store and buy cleaning supplies to clean it,I have never in my life experienced such a thing. 10/10 do NOT recommend!!!!

Horrible

This stay was my horrible got charge a cleaning fee and when i arrived it didnt smell like its been cleaned. I checked my self and found dust in areas where you think they would of dusted and clean. The kids started itching and breaking out. So i believe someone stays there and has a dog because we noticed dog hair around the rental. I would like a refund back for the cleaning fee becauae i ended up buyin cleaning supplies and cleaning myself. Its just ridiculous. Then i tell Nick about it and he never responded unprofessional

Great place and price for a large group

As the ad says, there is plenty of sleeping spots....most memory foam. House is old and in good shape and everything worked just fine. Zero communication from manager until we were a day into the stay, which was greatly needed the day before or at least day of arrival. They were all "stock" form messages, so no need to send them nearly after the stay ended. Only disappointment from the stay.

Great Place

If it's a stay for work or pleasure, there's plenty of room. Quiet nice area. Everything is easy to get to. Plenty of on street parking. And a driveway.

Not at all close

Nick was decent to deal with at first, but the property was not at all as expected. No running water. Soft floor. Smelled of stale smoke. We went in and out.
