Great Property! Great Location!

Loved this property. My family and I stayed there for a weekend to go see a Cleveland Browns game. Only drawback is that the ad states it sleeps 12, I would say 8-10.

Does not sleep 12! Only sleeps 8

Only has bed space for 8 people, yet advertised as 12 on the Evolve website. We had to go and buy a inflatable bed to fit our 9th person. When I called to ask were the queen bed was as advertised to be in the den, I was told that bed hadn't been in there in over a year and the advertisement was old. All I got was a "sorry" when I said that we would not have enough bed space for all of us. Crazy! I would not rent this home again.

Great house minutes from the convention center!

This house has plenty of space and is close to the convention center. It has everything you need, including a giant jenga set! All of the beds are comfortable with nice bedding and there are plenty of towels. It's in a nice neighborhood and close to everything. I would def. stay here again!

Beautiful home, very well maintained!! Loved all the space we had! (Wish they had a King size bed)

We really enjoyed our stay at this home, very spacious and clean....you can tell they take good care of it. Close to Cleveland and all its Festivities! We will definitely be coming back!!
