Perfect for our overnight stay

The cabin was wonderful. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The only downside was that we were only there one night. We stayed here overnight on our road trip to Hilton Head and decided this would make a wonderful vacation spot also. So we'll definitely be staying again.

Heaven near Helen

This was a perfect location for peace and quiet among nature. Very central to lots of adventures in the mountains, waterfalls, state parks and the Chattahoochee National Forest. Happy Hour in Helen was a great way to end the day before returning to the cabin for dinner!

Very Nice Stay With a Baby

We enjoyed our stay in this cabin. We brought our 11 month old and they had a high chair and a play yard that was very helpful. The cabin was very clean and very nice. It had a nice view of the mountains. It's in a great location between Helen and Cleveland. It was easy to contact the owners too. Would recommend.

Perfect cabin!

We absolutely loved staying at this cabin. It could not have been any better. All of us (6 adults) agreed that it was perfect and we would all love to stay here again. It was so cozy and had all of the touches of home. The owner was fabulous and incredibly accommodating. Do not hesitate on this one. You will not be disappointed!

Wonderful Place for our Weekend Getaway!

We were lucky enough to book a last-minute stay at Bavarian Hideaway for a long January weekend. This cabin is in a perfect mountain location, with beautiful scenery and sunsets/sunrises. It was easy to find with the directions provided, no issues with checking in or finding information once inside. Our family of 5 had more than enough space to spread out and be comfortable during our stay. Our kids loved the "Sports Room" upstairs with the basketball hoop! It was an easy drive into both Cleveland and Helen for our sightseeing fun. And the fireplace - wow! It was a great start to each morning and a perfect end to a cold day out in town. We can't wait to come back! Thanks for being such great hosts.

The Bavarian hideaway was a great place to stay for our visit to Helen! The house is in a beautiful wooded area. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds were very comfortable! Bill was a pleasure to speak with, and made sure everything was going smoothly! We would love to come back!

We loved this little cabin. There were four of us so each of us got a bed and three bathrooms was just icing on the cake. It had everything that we needed. It has a spectacular view as you're on the porch just hanging out. The location is perfect for going into Cleveland to shop or to Helen for the sightseeing town. Also not a far drive to all the apple orchards and their goody stores. We would definitely stay again. It would be nice to have full length mirrors on the doors of the bedrooms. I know one upstairs had one but not the other. Also a railing at the very bottom of the stairs coming in would be nice for stability for older guests. I would rate this cabin and our a stay a ten out of ten.
