The staff was very friendly, clean big room , the breakfast was suitable for me , the parking area was big and safe just needed the one light pole to work to have the parking lot brighter , but over-all we enjoyed are stay. Thank you Ramada by Wyndham

Entire hotel was dirty. Most entry lights were off making the hallways and common areas dark. Bedding was clean and no signs of bugs- but this place is old, dirty and badly neglected.

It’s funny that a non smoker has to sign a form. Yet I barely walk into the hotel and it reeks of pot. I guess it’s ok to light up as many joints you can while you are here. The whole parking lot is barely shoveled or salted. I guess it doesn’t matter if someone falls, no one will be there to help out. But the room is actually nice. The room looks clean and doesn’t smell like pot. Please try to raise the bar of people’s expectation a tad higher, overall?

Room was not restocked (no hand soap, no coffee pods , no coffee cups, no ice bucket liner, coffee pot didn’t work), the bathroom floor looked dirty. Towels were restocked, and I HOPE the bed had clean sheets. We came in and just fell in bed. It was not dusty, and everything looked nice at a casual glance. Desk staff are great! Personable and tried to help all they could. Parking is poorly lit, but seemed safe. Breakfast looks sparse, but after everything else we are afraid to even try it…

The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. From online pictures, I was expecting a hot breakfast buffet. Instead, it was the more typical cold cereal, fruit, yogurt type breakfast, which was fine. I noticed one of the outside corridor doors was not locking properly. I mentioned it to the front desk. A half hour later, when I checked out, the issue had not been fixed.

Bed was comfortable. Ceiling coming down in the bathroom. Loose shower head. Shower curtain did not reach both walls. Curtains were not hung properly. No hangers in the closet. No ventilation (exhaust fan) in the bathroom. Toilet did not flush properly.

Property was very rundown. Parking was inconvenient and poorly lit. This gave a very unsafe feeling. It appeared that people actually live on property as opposed to traveling guests. Staff was initially friendly at check in. Room was clean but again rundown. My biggest issue was at 9:30 in the morning on check out day a staff member tried to come in the room unannounced. Check out was not until 11:00 am. Once they left the phone calls began. Approximately every 15 minutes the front desk called to remind me that check was at 11:00. At this point I was beyond irritated. I travel to the Cleveland area very often. Usually a couple times a month. I will never stay at this hotel ever again. It is not at all worth the money I spent for that one night. If you are traveling to the Cleveland area avoid this hotel at al cost. You would be better off and safer at a rest stop sleeping in your car.

Staff was great room was neat-clean I give the room an 8 the hotel a 7. The breakfast provided was terrible. I was there an hour after it started, there was no milk. It was in disorder -no real concern-my main concern was the room -no plate in microwave-kcup still in machine-no toilet paper roll was almost empty, no spare no more insight because I looked.
