Cozy Flat on the River

Best vacation rental experience ever!

This property is so much better than the pictures! It is set along side the river and it was exquisite. There are several areas to sit and enjoy the view. The rental was immaculate and felt like you were home, not just a guest. The hosts live on the property and are very respectful of our privacy but will also be helpful, accommodating, and treat you just like family. I will definitely be back!!

Wonderful Getaway & Exceptional Host

Significant other & I booked a spur of the moment trip to explore the Clifton,Tn/ southern end of Tennessee river trip and couldn't have been happier with our accommodations and friendly hosts. Joanie & Clay were very hospitable and wish we'd had more time to hang with them on the river. Clean, comfortable, 1st class operation that we look forward to visiting again in the near future. The description is spot on and even just sitting on the porch taking in the view of river is as relaxing as can be not to mention the silo with fire pit is incredible.
