"Completely refurbished older cottage fenced all around with security gate at driveway. Neighborhood remake underway with an interesting mix of new buildings, some undergoing renovation & a few that still need to be started. Good walking distance for me (maybe a mile?) to the Brazos parks with fascinating old bridges & of course the longhorns/cowboys larger-than-life statue group. Maybe 1/2 mile to Franklin Ave. business district with so many quaint shops, eateries & most importantly, an auto...

"This home was beautiful, clean, and located close to many Waco activities. Check in process was very simple and the home was very accomadating for our 3 night stay. Although we had 4 adults on our trip, this home would be great for familes with children as well."

"We fell in love with this property from the moment we opened the doors. It was perfect for our family. We were supposed to go fishing, but mother nature reared her head and it rained. The lodge was amazing with so much space and areas to relax. There was room for all of us to play games together or break off for pool, shuffle board or ping pong. The covered areas outside were a real blessing with the rain we had. We will definitely be returning, and hopefully for longer than a weekend!"

"We enjoyed this spacious house in prime location to our event we attended in Waco. All of the well-sized bedrooms have their own full bathroom. Their is ample space in the living room, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen has everything needed to cook and serve, just bring your food and drinks! The large outdoor area in the back has seating, a deck and plenty of play space! We loved the gated back parking area. The hosts are very availabile and respond quickly. "Stayed for a girl’s weekend with a few friends. It was awesome to all get our own bathrooms! Everything was close enough to walk to, particularly all things Magnolia! Charmaine was easy to get ahold of. Recommend making reservations at Magnolia Table for breakfast and Cafe Homestead for lunch or dinner (both closed on Sundays) and we enjoyed Pignetti’s for dinner one night too- delicious Italian dinner! Coffee was great at Magnolia Press and get cupcakes at Silos Baking!!"

"I rented this property to meet up with my brother and his wife for just an overnight stay. When we arrived we could not find a place named Sunflower Inn and the one place we did find was called Esperanza Inn and there were already guests staying there. Upon talking to the owner he informed us that his unit somehow got overbooked and there was nowhere for us to stay. We immediately asked for a refund and he assured us we would be fully refunded, We waited the rest of that day to see a refund, but...

"Cleanliness could have been stepped up. Kitchen cabinet doors were dirty, household trashcans dirty, under beds dirty, oven and broiler need cleaning. Things travelers need such as luggage stands, towels racks for the bathroom, extra toilet paper and paper towels should be standard items. The place met our needs although, they did not let us know it was not handicap friendly. Should have handicap bars in bathrooms and tubs should have non slip surfaces. Suggestions: Cutting board, colander...

"Great time at the Casita. It rained the whole time we were there, so no fishing. So we just chilled and relaxed, which was much needed. Time away from the day to day. The house was so cozy. Everything we needed was there. Byron does agreat"

"We enjoyed a family reunion with our kids and 6 grandchildren, between the ages of 4 - 9. The weather was pretty rainy, so we stayed indoors a lot, but there was plenty to do. The kids played games, watched movies, and our favorite was the foosball table upstairs. We had a family tournament and had a blast! The property was very comfortable and so pretty. We enjoyed our time very much!"
