“Clean room. Hot tub worked”

“The room was clean, staff very helpful, plenty of parking, close to downtown activities, Breakfast offered juice, coffee, cereal, waffles, and an assortment of pastries. One problem was the slow drain in the hand sink.”

“Stopped on the last night of a road trip. Little hiccup with the room, but staff handled it well.”

“This hotel still has the new carpet smell. Everything was very clean. Pool was small, but great for kids that just want to cool off. Front desk staff was delightful at check-in and check-out. We had to leave before breakfast each day and the employee packed our daughter a full to-go breakfast. We stayed for a soccer tournament and will definietly be back next summer. 10/10!”

“I will never stay there again Ice machine didn’t work. After asking about it I was told “sorry it was frozen up” that I could go to the third floor for ice. Not acceptable The whole front of the air conditioner was detached and laying on the floor on the other side of the bed. The coffee maker was missing the tray to put the coffee in so it didn’t work. There were rolliepollie bugs in the bathroom and on the floor. There was missing grout on the bathroom floor and the whole place smelled.……

“It was clean for the most part but don’t look to close cause it definitely needs a deep clean. But then to start it was a busy weekend but I don’t care you know ahead if you are fully booked. They had NO towels and gave us hands towels to use for showers, no pool towels, ran out of TP, and part of the weekend NO breakfast cause they ran out of supplies! We are paying for the amenities so I expect to have them. Go drive to Walmart or call a sister hotel to get more supplies . I’m not usually hard……

“Very clean room and bathroom. Plenty of other families there for kids sports events, as we were. We noticed one of the comforters had a small stain after we checked in. We let the front desk know before leaving for dinner. When we returned, the comforter was changed. Overall, great stay.”

“So gross. Boogers on the towels and sheets. Sink didn't drain. Pillows smelled like an armpit. Weird stains on everything. Have they heard of bleach? Found half a gummy bear on the desk. Do they clean anything properly?”

“We only stayed one night, but the room could easily have been comfortable for more. Loved the kitchen setup and the fact that they took dogs!”
