「Me and my girlfriend wanted a weekend away close by and chose Ruthin. We saw the Feathers which was very close to the centre. We booked two nights. When we arrived we were warmly greeted and shown our room and the amenities. It was only then I realized I'd booked a room with a shared bathroom.
