"We’ve stayed twice in the past at the Hampton Inn and have loved our stay. This time I booked a room with two beds instead of one king size because I booked it through Expedia they couldn’t help me and the front desk refused to give me a different room. I would’ve even paid for an upgrade, but that wasn’t an option so we had to go to a different hotel because the beds in that room that I first rented were the most uncomfortable, horrible bets."

"Cons: AC couldn't keep the room cool, poorly stocked bathroom only 2 bath towels, 1/4 roll of TP. Dimly lit mirror. Stayed in a suite and expected much better, small fridge tossed on the floor and plugged in, no micro (should have been in a cabinet and lit up!) Very poorly lit main room, I needed to use my phone light to see inside the armoire and dresser drawers. No task lighting at all at desk. Pro: The bed was comfortable, cheaper than Santa Cruz"

"Everything was good except the staffs need to be more friendly. They are not welcoming. They looked too serious and snob. Upon checking in, they are working on other things instead of helping you get checked in. They make you wait and there is no other customer in line. This is my first time to stay at this hotel. Too bad I booked 2 more nights in advanced. Also, check out is at 11am and most hotels are 12pm. Housekeeper also will knock at the door earlier and check out is at 11am. what is that? "

"Rooms were nice; beds were a little too firm. The pools are nice; there wasn’t a bar open at the pool but they had a service option although it took an hour to be delivered. The hiking paths were a fun thing to do. "
