“The room was huge, and the king-size bed was incredibly comfortable. those were the only positives of our stay. The property is outdated and desperately needs renovation. The walls were scratched, the baseboards were deteriorating, and there was a terrible smell throughout the hallways. Cleanliness was a serious concern. The property appeared poorly maintained and inadequately cleaned. There was visible evidence suggesting a mice infestation, particularly in the entrance hallway near the……

“An excellent hotel- super clean, amorous services, generous breakfast ! 5 minutes to Vauxhall station of direct access to Victorian line and Southwest Rail for Waterloo, Wimbledon or Richmond! ”

“Good stay here, more in Brixton than Tulse Hill where our daughter lives. Room adequate and very close to Brockwell Park which was great for a swim! Kettle in room for teas and coffees. We thought we may get breakfast as classed as a b&b but this is not supplied.”

“Disappointing experience, it's hard to imagine this room costs £180. The floor creaks. The air conditioner is broken, the safe has no batteries, and the air conditioner remote has no batteries. The room is small, and there is guitar playing downstairs early in the morning, making it impossible to sleep. The sound insulation is poor, and you can often hear laughter from the next room. The hallway is very narrow. It feels damp. It is also far from the city center. I would definitely not choose……

“The main issue with the property was that the basement room smelled SO strongly of mildew and the stairs to get down there felt so steep and unsafe that one couple in our group ended up booking a hotel to accommodate themselves. This was truly more like a converted crawl space than a bedroom. In addition, the sofa bed in the living room was very uncomfortable, even for a sofa bed. The host did not have any location recommendations as she shared she has not lived in the area for 10 years, and……

“The Wavertree Hotel is a great place to stay. The hotel is owned by a lovely family, who are welcoming, hospitible, and friendly. This is an ideal place to stay if you are travelling solo. The neighbourhood of Streatham is lovely, safe, and very accessible to public transportation, including the train. There are some wonderful shops, restaurants, and bars in the neighbourhood, as well as several grocery stores. The Wavertree Hotel has a full kitchen, so you can make some great meals and save……

“Good location, good bus services, great breakfast, lots of shops nearby, I would go back to this hotel”

“淋浴至一半時無熱水。住酒店最高層(约4樓)，無電梯，㩦大件行李十分不便，無人協助搬入房。街道十分嘈雜，近救護站，時常有救護車响警号在街往來。”

“廚房很讚，可以自己煮東西，該有的廚具基本都具備。缺點是隔音稍差，會聽到隔壁嗯嗯啊啊的聲音~~~”

“Host cominicates well and the place is located close to buses and Tube. Now for the space....its clean but the little details matter. Opened closets and they just had stuff thrown in them, left over food in fridge, and hand soaps were nearly emptied. This is not for a family with kids. Its more of a bachelor space. States 2 bathrooms but one is literally a closet that is a shower -6 inches space between wall and shower door. Not a bad place for what you pay, just be aware that its not for……
