“Again, I am sorry about not seeing the check-out instructions before we left. We were up at 5am and so busy getting ready to leave due to air flight departure times, we missed them. We definitely would have followed them specifically if we had seen them. Maybe if you include them with the check-in instructions, they would be seen for sure? I do need to mention that the accommodations were great for our party of 11. There was enough of everything in the house to accommodate us. I do not want to……

“The property was so peaceful and private. Exactly what we were looking for. The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our family. The detail that was put into the property to reflect the Lord of the Rings theme was incredible. Relaxing in the hot tub and by the fire after a day of hiking at Yosemite was a perfect way to end the day. Communication with the hosts was great. All in all, a great property we highly recommend.”

“Check in was smooth & host was helpful. Dissatisfied to arrive and see the grill wasn’t in working condition as advertised. Not a complainer so I did just go and buy a grill but considering that was our main way of cooking this weekend it was unfortunate to find. I’d say lots of corners are being cut on bedding as half the beds advertised aren’t dressed and there’s no additional blankets to be found. Additionally, there weren’t really many spare towels and rolls of toilet paper for a house……

“House was very cute. Host was very responsive and included everything we needed. The only thing I would suggest is an update on the rugs and towels and to have a swiffer wet mop handy. Great private location would be happy to stay again!”
