“We booked the "Beachy" unit in this home, but were given the smaller "Peaceful" unit on arrival. That left us with a single bed for four people. Two of us had to sleep on the floor (Pacifica was booked up for an archery event). We contacted the host, and they were willing to cancel the second night, but we were left with the full first night for a more expensive unit and a host fee that was higher than the cost of the room. The host blamed Expedia/Hotels.com for the mistake, but neither is……

“The hotel shuttle was great and efficient! The location was really close to the Fox car rental , only 10 minute on foot. The parking fee onsite is five dollars per day. There is a Mc Donald right across the hotel.”

“The best thing was parking. It was super easy. As long as no other car take up the designated parking spot in front of the grass (which no one did). I rented a car, and I mean, if you're visiting the Bay Area you should rent a car. The main issue I had was that the shower drain was clogged. Other than that, it's a studio and felt like a studio. It was also a bit annoying that there was a sign that you could only use 1 of each of the following at a time: the coffee machine, the microwave, and……

“Nice location. Nice room and fast service. The Chinese/Hong Kong restaurant opposite the road is a must to try. Grocery market is brilliant too.”

“The room was clean, the shower was hot, and the towels were thick. The whole area looked a bit tired and weather worn - it could benefit from a fresh paint/stain job, but otherwise suited our modest needs perfectly.”

“The hotel is beautiful and the room was very clean, spacious and smelled very nice. The staff was absolutely amazing and presented great customer service. The continental breakfast offered many different options to choose from and was very delicious. We stayed for three nights and had a fantastic, fun and relaxing stay. This hotel is the must have every time we come to the Ocean. Also it's right on the Ocean, you can't get better than this view!!!”
