New, tight quarters, wrong room

We booked the "Beachy" unit in this home, but were given the smaller "Peaceful" unit on arrival. That left us with a single bed for four people. Two of us had to sleep on the floor (Pacifica was booked up for an archery event). We contacted the host, and they were willing to cancel the second night, but we were left with the full first night for a more expensive unit and a host fee that was higher than the cost of the room. The host blamed Expedia/Hotels.com for the mistake, but neither is willing to make it right. The space was clean but very tight even for two people. The floor felt damp (possibly from a recent cleaning) and the bathroom was just behind a thin plastic accordion door right next to the bed (not for anyone feeling shy or romantic). We did not have access to any patio or terrace.
