「Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Don't let the outside scare you. :) The outside looks a bit weathered and run down but I believe that's just what you get from being next to the ocean. The kitchen is adequate for quick meals or one pot on a burner. The neighborhood is quiet. If you use public transportation a bus stop is only a couple of blocks away. 」
