Cobleskill is waiting for you at this 3-bedroom house. This delightful property features 2 queen beds, 1 futon, and 1 twin bed, perfect for a wonderful stay! Fully remodeled and equipped kitchen facilities with dining area. Living room has WiFi, Roku TV with Basic Spectrum. A washer and dryer are available. Guests can enjoy a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, towels, soaps, and a hair dryer for added convenience. Experience the magic of Cobleskill at my house!
There is a yard and small deck for relaxation. It is a short walk to town for many eating places or stores. If you want tranquility, then walk north to the rural area to experience farms, farm fields, wild animals, and birds. This area is quiet with few houses and a field in the back for privacy.

This home served us well during a tournament week in Cooperstown. The full kitchen, well-pointed bathroom, and washer/dryer were great. No air conditioning on the first floor was the only downside and I recommend the addition of one for a more comfortable experience during the summer. The owner is next door and I appreciated Kim coming over to bring up a box fan and extension cord from the basement for us. Cobleskill has a nice town center with a fantastic bakery, as well as nearby grocery and convenience stores.

Quiet, peaceful, wonderful house!

My two adult children and I thoroughly enjoyed this wonderful home! Everything was clean, and it was very relaxing staying here. The hosts had great communication, and were very friendly. If you are considering this home, I would recommend it, but be aware that the stairs to the second floor are very steep, the bedrooms are upstairs and the bathroom is downstairs. It may not be suitable for people with limited mobility. But we loved this beautiful, historic home, and would gladly stay here again!
