The best vacation

Our family came for a week of baseball in Cooperstown. The views here are amazing. My kids had their own space to relax while also enjoying visiting the animals. Would love to visit again.

NY State Country Escape

This was our second time staying at this wonderful rental, and once again, everything was perfect. The house is spacious and very comfortable for our family of five. It was clean, well-stocked, and had everything we needed. The property itself is beautiful and incredibly relaxing — a peaceful getaway that still feels like home.Our kids especially loved spending time with the animals on the property, which added so much fun to the trip. The host family is warm and welcoming, which truly enhanced our stay. The location is also ideal — close to Cooperstown, Howes Caverns, and other great local attractions.We will absolutely be returning and highly recommend this rental to anyone visiting the area!

Wonderful experience

We all really enjoyed our stay. The home owners were very nice! We were able to pet the chickens, puppies, and horses. The area is so peaceful and quiet. We will definitely stay again. The house is very nice and clean.

Great property with rolling farmland surrounding the house. Everything was very nicely maintained, clean and well outfitted. Comfortable and spacious accommodations.

Farm house

If you want to stay in a place surrounded by beautiful countryside with very friendly owners then this is the place for you. The property was well kept and there were farm animals that you can visit with, not to mention the adorable litter of puppies!

Terrific Winter Getaway

My family had such a great time during our stay! Communication was great and the hosts were very accommodating. We were even provided with a high chair and small baby gate to use, great for families with little ones. Our kids got to experience snow for the first time and the property provided a great environment for that. Looking forward to staying when we come back to the area!
