"Pros: The pool Cons: Indoor fridge needed replacing kept having to go outside to use that fridge in the outdoor kitchen nothing major just a pain when kids wanted a drink through night. A bottle of disinfectant spray would be nice to have in cupboard. My little boy ended up not been unwell through night and we couldn’t disinfect areas used until nearby shops opened. "The villa was in a good location ,it had excellent facilities including a lovely pool,air con and wifi.It was clean and tidy with ample space inside and out.We found it difficult to contact the host to make arrangements,he did not meet us on arrival ,the pool man let us in.Therefore we could not hand in our deposit or rent beach towels and there were no instructions on things like wifi.The same checking out,no one ther and no instructions so left keys in plant pot where we found them!!!"

"Hotel was just amazing and a little oasis in the middle of Benidorm, welcome drinks on arrival, Nuxe amenities in the room, pool towels provided. Our room was nice and big and most importantly clean. We had breakfast included, there was plenty to choose from and all fresh, nice touch as had takeaway cups to be able to take a drink with you. A little bit of sun bed wars when the pool opens at 9am and there are limited beds directly by the pool. I think if they made the bali beds cheaper more people would have purchased one as they stayed empty our whole stay. The food and drink service was great as you can both delivered you lounger via the QR code on the tables by your lounger, a little expensive but very good. Entertainment was a nice touch and nowhere near cheesy at all the hotel is pure good vibes. All criticism would be our room door had been left open (accidently) by the cleaners. 100% looking forward to coming back already."

"On arrival at 11pm they couldn’t find my booking and it transpired that my room had been given to someone else. fortunately they did have another room available which was a suite. I decided rather than move rooms the following day to the one that I had booked I would pay the extra to stay. They didn’t charge me first night. breakfast was okay quite a few choices. Location is quite convenient for The Centro Commercial, Staff were super helpful."
