Beautiful spot

We had a wonderful time at Pacifico. The view from this apartment is incredible. Looking right out to ocean and every night the sunset. The pools there are spectacular and so relaxing. The apartment does have a lot of stairs to go up for 4th floor top, but now we got a good workout.

El lugar como tal estuvo excelente y el administrador fue muy atento. El Beach Club no esta incluido dentro del precio y cobran exageradamente por hacer uso de sus instalaciones (Piscinas, areas comunes y demas).

CONDO WITHOUT WATER

Stayed April 8-15 2017. Privately owned condo in a complex. unit # C410 on 4th floor with NO elevator. the place is big with 3 bedroom. 2 King size and 2 full size beds. (no queen beds as advertised). Fairly clean, but lots and lots of ants everywhere. Raid spray did not work to contain them. THIS PLACE HAS NO ADAQUATE WATER SUPPLY. on our first day we noticed no water in toilets and bleak water pressure in the shower. not enough water pressure most of the day and NO WATER (SHUT OFF) after 10 a.m. for hours at a time without any prior notice. every night when we came from the beach with sand all over, either there was no water at all or pressure was so low we could not wash ourselves. Complained the unit custodian or manager named Miller. so the first night he sends a plumber and for 2 hours he is trying to fix the toilets. Same thing happened 2 nights later. But there was nothing wrong with the plumbing. Miller claimed that due to dry season, this is a city wide (Coco Beach) issue. But we talked to 3 different families by the pool and they had no water issue!!! Also in town we talked to Canadian owner of a Mediterranean restaurant who lived behind our condo complex and he has not water issue either. We complained to Orbitz several times and they were totally useless. We paid more than $2300 for one week and they credited us only $200. They totally ruined our vacation. DO NOT STAY AT PACIFICO RESORT.
