"I was disappointed with my stay. The room was just okay and definitely not worth the price. The bathroom was not clean, the shower floor was disgusting, and the wall near the toilet was stained, which was very off-putting. This was my second time staying at this hotel. My first experience was not good, but I decided to give it another chance because I hoped the second stay would be better. Unfortunately, it was not. We even booked an executive suite thinking it would be an upgrade over a regular suite, but the only noticeable difference was a very small bathtub. Overall, I would not recommend staying here. This was my last time giving this hotel a chance."

"overall, it was very nice. The staff was extremely friendly and polite. Housekeeping is very accommodating. The HVAC system is a little sketchy though. We had a regular room and a handicap room. The regular room would not switch from AC to heat so i just left it off since it wasn't very cold. The handicap room would switch back and forth from heat to AC and not hold a consistent set temperature. it was set on 75 but would switch to 72. I was given some complicated explanation for it. I was offered a heater and a technician to come and look at it. Unfortunately, space heaters aren't permitted as they can be a fire hazard so I don't know why he offered it. They did address the heating issue however and we never had another problem. The layout design for the location of handicap rooms is interesting. They are all the way at the far end of the hallway when you get off of one of the elevators and if you use the elevator that lets you off right at the rooms, you still have to go all the way to the far end of the hallway. So if difficulty in walking is your handicap, bring a wheelchair or you're screwed! Once you get into the handicap room, it gets interesting as well. The light switch to the bathroom is located next to the room door, not in or near the bathroom, but behind the bathroom door it when it's open. The toilet isn't a high one so there's difficulty in getting off of the commode, And there's a regular bathtub/shower instead of a walk-in shower so bathing was out!"

"I had to keep loading the internet because it kept going out. Breakfast was ok. It just ended too early and the dining room was cold. They don't allow you to take your food up to your room. So I had to eat in a cold dining room with a lady and her dog! I'm guessing it was an emotional support dog or something because they didn't say anything about her bringing it in the dining room with her. I was told that there are no animals on the 3rd floor when I asked for a room on the 4th floor. Somehow, I heard barking throughout the day and evening coming from the lady's dog with whom I had breakfast who were also on the 3rd floor!"

"Staff was really friendly however rooms can be cleaned better. There were stains on our bathroom floor that looked like it wasn't mopped. The balcony/patio door lock was broke so they had to put a metal bar on it so no one could enter from the outside. Also, the sliding door for the bedroom didn't work. Room was ok for the reason I needed it but not sure if I'd stay again."

"You can tell that this place is old and in need of renovations. If you need a quick and inexpensive place to stay, this may work. My room was falling apart. Chipping paint, bathtub peeling, needs a remodel. I saw a few small roaches in the bathroom. Staff was friendly and checking was easy. Very close to a dozen food options and a weed store literally in the parking lot. "

"We checked in around 9:30pm there was a very nice lady at a tiny window at check in. We are far too tired to run around looking for another hotel at this hour. The room smells heavily of Marijuana, with a lingering cigarette smell. The comforters on both beds are covered in holes, I'm assuming from people smoking in the rooms. There are 2 flat sheets on the beds no fitted sheets one has black and brown spots and the other has a black/grey smudge. The right side bed lamp does not work, the outlets are all so loose none of our chargers will stay plugged in. The headboard on the right side has visible hand prints.😱😱😱 The mirrors have not been cleaned, the desk chair upholstery is in shreds and is missing an arm. There are mystery drips down the sides of the furniture. The bathroom doorknob is very loose, there is a questionable smudge on the floor. The tub surround is broken and repaired with silicone that appears to be moldy along with several black spots along the tub caulking, there is visible dirt on the floor, and a visible hair ball on the floor. The bathroom door itself is covered in dirt/grime and is in a terrible state of disrepair, the door knob is very loose. The bathroom smells the worst of Marijuana and there are insufficient towels for a room with 2 queen beds. The hvac unit is being held up by a piece of wood. The overall cleanliness of the floor is poor at best. No phone, no alarm clock, no coffee maker, no ice bucket, no iron, and no hair dryer."

"A bit rundown, smoke odor and odd smells. The woman behind the counter was amazing, had her hands full and looked like she was working miracles. Coin flip on this spot."

"I was very disappointed with my recent stay. The room did not match the photos shown on the website, and the overall condition was not what was advertised. There were no trash cans in the room upon arrival, and I had to go to the front desk to request one. The towels provided were extremely small — more like children’s size — and some had visible old stains. There were cigarette burn holes in the bedsheets. The TV remote also did not work, so we had to keep getting up to manually change the channels, which was frustrating. Overall, the experience was unsatisfactory. I hope management addresses these issues for future guests."
