「This hotel us to be one of the top hotels in SJ, come to find out it fell to the bottom. People run in and out of the rooms all night making loud noises. Doors slamming hard. No restaurant, shop to purchase snacks was told to go next door to the gas station. No ice machines. The front desk clerk could barely speak English. Later in visit found out that the hotel just sold and will be under New management. Hopefully the reduce the hotel. Also found out old owners renovented rooms that were on...

「The bath towels weren’t enough, and whenever we needed more we had to go down to the first floor to get them. there is no sheet to cover sofa bed，also we need extra blanket， except those things， other things r very good」
