“The sound insulation of the room is very poor.”

“The hotel is really old, which probably explains the poor soundproofing. The bedding was also super uncomfortable, so I didn’t sleep well at all. Worse, I woke up with red rashes all over my body. Compared to other hotels nearby, this place is just not worth the price. Definitely wouldn’t recommend it. ”

“The location was probably the best on the beach. Everywhere we wanted to go was walkable. There was a large covered porch that we were able to enjoy happy hour and listen to the nightly entertainment.”

“This is my favorite stay so far! Check in and check out were the easiest I’ve experienced. The house was so simple and met EVERY need of ours!! The furniture was so cozy and comfortable and the beds were AMAZING! The beds are always the challenge and they nailed it! Very comfortable, clean, and organized. The commute to all the beaches was short and easy! So we didn’t need to bring all our things with us for the day. We hit Higabee beach in the morning then we went back for a break and lunch.……

“The food was excellent at the Rusty Nail. I highly recommend the caesar salad. The entertainment on Sat. evening was also great and was nice to be outside with the firepit listening to llive music. The room seemed newly remodeled and the 2 bunk beds was great for our small daughter.”

“Excellent location. Can walk to shops, beach and restaurants. There isn’t a high chair, but there is a booster seat. The wagon is better used for kids to ride in than for lugging beach equipment. Overall, a wonderful stay.Kristyn is a marvelous host. Easy to get in contact with and a pleasure to work with. Would definitely recommend. ”
