「On arrival the door to the unit was ajar. Not sure why it was left open. That said, the place was lovely. A damper was put on the trip on checkout because the host is harassing us; accusing us of smoking in the unit and it is simply not true. As a result of this experience we will not stay here again.」

「The pictures show the apartment accurately. We felt relaxed as soon as we walked in. Communication with host was excellent! Location was perfect as many restaurants and stores were within a 15-minute walk. There were lots of street parking in the quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend staying here!」

「Great property for an NYC visit. Right next to Liberty Park offering great views of the city and the Statue of Liberty. Good neighborhood with several food options including a convenience store across the street. 5 of us stayed here with 2 each in the bedrooms and 1 on the living room futon. Worked perfect for us. 1 small bathroom, but that posed no issues.」

「Wonderful place. Would stay here again. The host was also very accommodating.」

「Lucky to have got this booking during the busy FIFA season. Located very close to train station to make the travel between the city and the rental smooth. Was able to watch the fireworks from the rental!! Would book again. Although there is plenty of parking during the day, if you are arriving after 9pm, it will be a little tough to get street parking. would book again!」

「Wry responsiveness and understanding.」
