"Great location, no frills hotel. If you’re not looking to spend a lot of time in the room other than sleeping and washing then this is an ideal place. Right in the heart of the city near everything. The location makes this place."

"I took my kids here for spring break, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. By 7:15 PM, there was only one attendant working, and no one was available to assist with guest needs. The bathroom in our room was filthy. The tub didn’t drain at all, and the toilet seat was loose and slipped when you tried to use it. The following day, several guests got stuck in the elevator, and the fire department had to be called definitely concerning. The water park costs extra, even though you're staying on the property, the setting was more for teens with an area for adults. Tickets can be purchased at the desk or through Groupon at a reasonable price. They also advertised an “all-you-can-eat” breakfast. While the staff was friendly, the breakfast was mostly continental with only a few hot items. There was also an unlabeled pitcher of milk, which felt questionable. On a positive note, the arcade, skating, and mini golf were enjoyable and showed that the location has real potential. With better management or new ownership, this place could truly be a gold mine. Overall, I would not recommend staying here."
