Great Location; Great Condo!

My sons and I stayed for a week while they attended RonJon surf camp. The location was excellent, the unit was bigger than anticipated and the customer care was fantastic! My sons were thrilled they each got a "big bed". I love that the unit had the bedrooms separated upstairs from the downstairs living area. The condo was well stocked and there was even a welcome package and note for us at arrival. We had a relaxing week enjoying the beach, the pool and all Cocoa Beach had to offer. And bonus having one covered parking spot! I would definitely stay again.

The most responsive and nice property management I have ever experienced. Condo was clean and had everything we could have wanted or needed. Decor is a bit dated, but in good repair and clean. The beach supplies were perfect and made the trip so much easier!!

Prime location!

The unit had everything you need! They had beach chairs, towels, sand toys, pool toys, stocked kitchen... even little hygiene items! We purchased a cooler, but there were Aldi freezer bags which I'm sure would have worked. The management company and condo owners were responsive. You're in walking distance to the pier where it was more populated on the beach, but we walked right down the path each day and felt like we had the spot to ourselves! Cocoa beach was a fun town with plenty to do! We even saw a Spacelink launch from the balcony.

Memorial Weekend @ the Beach

Wave Watcher at Cocoa Beach was a great place for our family to spend Memorial weekend. The location is excellent, and Nikki made sure that we had everything we needed. We love this part of Florida and will definitely be back.

Great location, great stay and awesome views

The family loved the stay and spacious condo. We spent our mornings on the balcony overlooking the beach and pool. The rooms were huge. Enough space to add a cot or baby crib for the little ones. Definitely stay here again.
