We enjoyed our stay

Great Time at Avon by the sea

Beautiful little condo, perfect for a stay at the beach. Sleeps four comfortably. Clean property, and even some extras to enjoy yourself to the beach (umbrella, beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler). We had a great stay.

Property management is excellent. The pool and pool area is cleaned daily. Th e complex is better suited to families or older adults - not party groups. This is our third stay here and we love it.

We loved it! The place was perfect and everything we needed. Clean place with extra toys for beach. Closeness to beach and local stores was the best way to go with kids. Would stay again here when we visit Cocoa Beach.

This condo was wonderful. It looked exactly like the pictures, just steps from the ocean and the pier. All the people we encountered were so friendly and nice and have been staying there regularly for years! We would definately book again if in the area!

Perfect for families

We stayed for a week and it was great, very clean place. I loved that it was close to the beach. I have a family of 5 and he had plenty of space. I recommend it 100%, the only thing i would recommend is getting a new sofa bed 🛋. Everything else was great.

Beach Vacay 2021

The property was gorgeous and the condo has everything you need. Check in was easy and the pool was straight out the back sliding glass door. The beach was just a few steps away. We will be visiting again!
