Family vacation

Perfect for families

We stayed for a week and it was great, very clean place. I loved that it was close to the beach. I have a family of 5 and he had plenty of space. I recommend it 100%, the only thing i would recommend is getting a new sofa bed 🛋. Everything else was great.

Beautiful property and hard to beat the location. Easy beach access was important! The property was clean and well-kept. The property manager checked in via email to make sure everything was going well, which I appreciated. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great location and clean condo

The pictures were spot on and the place was spacious for our family. We had friends staying in two other second floor units on the property and we loved our first floor unit. Easy access to the pool & beach. We loved being so close to everything. We would definitely come back!

The condo was beautiful & spacious enough for all 6 of us. It was wonderfully & fully stocked. The pool was nice & clean & we were just a few short steps to the beach. The neighbors all around us were very polite & easy going. We loved the area & we will be back!! Thanks so much!

Very nice condo that’s great for kids and our dog. Nice area to walk dog. Condo has everything you need and beds were comfortable with clean linens. Having a washer and dryer in unit really was convenient. We had no problems with any equipment except the pause button on toaster tends to stick, but we figured it out. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was perfect. Clean and confortable to stay. It has everything we neded. We also love the site (pool), it was always clean. We went to the riki tiki tavern on the pier it is a very great place. The staff is friendly and served good drink for the kids. Also very good restaurant in the area, our favorite was the Sandbar. Also all the process for the reservation was really simple and easy. It is a place that i recommend

Nice Spacious and Clean

Arrived with everything clean and the beds made. There was plenty of room and three televisions. A dining table, refrigerator, and a washer and dryer. The washer and dryer were located in the kitchen. There were two bathrooms. The first one as in the hallway and the other in the Masters. There were also plugs that had usb accessibility. The beach was a 5 minute walk with a front view of the pool. Everything was fine and the pier wasn't too far of a walk (10 minutes) Enjoyed the stay and would do it again!

Did the Job

We really appreciated the warm welcome—the snack basket, extra toiletries, and airy décor were such thoughtful touches! The beach towels and chairs were convenient. There are a few areas that could use extra attention. We come to Cocoa Beach often to see family and were hoping to find our go-to spot. With a bit more care, this place could be perfect! Good for adults but I’d be a little weary about small children here because of the cleanliness. It was a good trip and we had a place to rest our heads after our packed days.

Great property right on the beach!

This spot made it so easy for my family (ranging from a 4yo to seniors) to stay together and enjoy Cocoa Beach. We could go from the beach to the pool and the pier with minimal effort.

Beautiful little condo, perfect for a stay at the beach. Sleeps four comfortably. Clean property, and even some extras to enjoy yourself to the beach (umbrella, beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler). We had a great stay.

Loved this property and Nikki was great with communication after I asked for a later check out due to my brother flying back to England at 5pm! Fantastic location for the pier and restaurants. The pool and chairs were lovely & clean. Sean introduced himself to us while sitting on patio. The condo was clean and fresh smelling, beds comfortable and great clean linin. No clutter which I hate that collects dust! Kitchen was well stocked just one problem, fridge didn't have filtered water or ice machine but water was provided, not a problem though we got by! Bathrooms clean and stocked for our 2 night stay. Definitely stopping again and thank you Nikki & Sean.

A great location

Property management is excellent. The pool and pool area is cleaned daily. Th e complex is better suited to families or older adults - not party groups. This is our third stay here and we love it.
