Beautiful home just steps from the beach

We loved everything about this home! The location - very convenient to get to Orlando and next to the beach - the space, the rooms, the kitchen, the games, and especially the backyard! Beautiful pool, lots of seating, fire pit, and spacious! We loved everything about this home!

Simply wonderful!

We had great time at the Sun Loft, and did not want to leave. It felt like it was our home for a week! Everything was just perfect. Waking up and seeing the Ocean every morning, to swimming in our private pool, and sitting by the fire to end the day. I would buy this house if it was for sale!

Beautiful, clean, and updated beach house

Our stay at the Sun Loft was perfect! The house was extremely clean, updated, and beautifully decorated. The view of the ocean from the kitchen window was amazing and unexpected, and the house was in very close proximity to the beach. We very much appreciated that everything in the house, such as air conditioning, all appliances, including washer and dryer, worked perfectly. Our families had an amazing vacation and we would not hesitate to rent The Sun Loft again!

Everything was perfect!

This place was perfect for our family trip to Coco Beach! Such a beautiful, spacious home! It had everything we needed and more. Sooo close to the beach, not even 2 minutes. The only MINOR negative was the stairs. However, we were there for a week and we quickly got used to the stairs after the first day or so. It really wasn’t an issue. And we were grateful for the lovely views of the ocean! We were also so excited that our stay coincided with an Air Force plane show. The 3rd floor balcony gave us an amazing view of all the spectacular show! We definitely recommend this place and hope to stay here again!!!

Amazing house and location!

A total of 8 of us stayed in the house (4 kids and 4 adults). The house was great. Here were the pros: great location (2 blocks from the beach), walking distance to restaurants and the pier, great view from the 3rd floor, SUPER CLEAN, perfectly equipped for cooking, had all the necesities for the beach (beach chairs and umbrella) , laudry room was great to have for a full week stay, etc. We were so happy. For families that have mobility issues, the 3 flights of stairs may be an issue. It wasn't for us since we are 2 active families with boys.

Very clean and beautiful

This place is amazing. Extremely clean during check in. So close to the beach and the beach access so easy and not a lot of people around there like the pier. And we went in the middle of June. The pool and back were awesome. The stairs were a lot, but they had baby gates which made it nice. Would 100% stay again.

The house was very well stocked with amenities and the kitchen had everything we needed! Great beach supplies: chairs, umbrellas, toys. Everything worked well as it is a nicely maintained house! Will stay here again for sure!

There house was clean, well stocked, location is excellent. I had only 1 request, there was no iron, and vacasa resolved that within hours just by texting with me. Very impressed. Would do it again. Thank you vacasa!

Fantastic Stay- Exactly as described!

Everything noted on the listing was accurate. Property is well maintained and provided an awesome experience for all of us! I would not hesitate to stay here again. Five minute walk to watch a SpaceX rocket launch from the beach was a bonus (same beach we took advantage of for the sun everyday).

Exceptional!

So clean!!! We love the ocean views from the living, dining and kitchen areas. You literally walk to a beautiful spacious beach 🏖 in a minute. House is family friendly yet upscale. Well equipped, super comfortable beds and pillows, and cannot say enough of the amazing backyard, grill, fire pit and pool. Cornhole and jinga games were super fun touches. We LOVE the Sun Loft 💕💕💕💕💕

What a place!

The Sun Loft is better in person than online. The rooms were beautifully decorated and so clean! The six of us had plenty of room and the amenities were amazing. The pool was truly spectacular, as was the location to the beach. Ocean views on the third floor were such a nice surprise. I cannot say enough about this spectacular beach oasis.

The Sun Loft

This house is really close to beach access with its own private pool. It was roomy enough for our large family. We loved that it included beach items like umbrellas and chairs. Everything was clean and updated. We would definitely recommend.

Fabulous Beach House

My family and I loved this place. It was immaculate, very well appointed, and worked beautifully for us. We were steps from the beach where my boys could go surfing and we were close to restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed the beautiful backyard pool and fire pit, as well as the outdoor grill. 5 STARS! We would definitely go back again!
