Great view and location. View of the intercostal and across the street from the beach, great place.

Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities
dirty floors, termite poop on the kitchen counters, owners wouldn’t message back even tho they said, “let me know if you need anything” but proceeded to ignore us. dirt on the beds, mold on the air vents. Delayed our check-in by 3-4 hours because they were renovating the floors due to a plumbing problem. didn’t clean up after and there were muddy footprints everywhere. they did not offer any compensation after our findings. only pros: nice location, pretty views. that’s it.
