“There was a bit of miscommunication with our booking at the beginning. When we arrived at the assigned location, we were unable to access the apartment. After contacting customer service, we were informed that a different location had been assigned to us and that the first address had been sent by mistake.

These people are scammers. The morning of my stay, I got an email from them saying they want tl charge me 200% of what I initially paid through Expedia on top of my initial payment. When I emailed them back and said that doesn't look right and I need some more information, they stopped responding and never sent me the access information to the property.
