Beautiful New Home, Perfect Location

Gem House is a newly built home in a perfect location near the marina in CDA. Easy walk to everything. As the pictures show, the home is spacious and great for family gatherings. Basically, only street parking, which was ample for our 3 cars. A winner!

We checked in seamlessly to this beautiful, new, modern craftsman home and our collective jaws dropped. Stunning! Designer touches throughout with a very consistent palette of light wood tones with respectful touches of high contrast accents in the kitchen and bath. Master bath to die for. Perfect location for wandering downtown. On the marathon course. Three couples + one all felt very fortunate to lodge in such stylish home. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. I would rent again in a heartbeat.
