“The rooms were clean. The ladies that cleaned the rooms were very friendly.The young lady that checked us in was very friendly and helpful.The breakfast was great and I thanked the lady that was over the breakfast delicious and fresh”

“We called to verify that they did not use fragrances, like sprays to mask smell before we came. We arrived and they started to redo the lobby area by changing the floor plan which you couldn't sit in the common area to sit and relax instead of staying in your room and painted and used glue for the wall paper. The pool was unavailable. The elevator button in the lobby was loose on the wall. Our room was directly above the lobby on the 2nd floor so the fumes came right up into our room. Over all……

“Hotel is extremely outdated and unclean. Upon arrival room given wasn’t cleaned from previous guest. When given second room it smelled like cigarettes and mold. Carpets and linen were extremely old and had unidentifiable smells. ”

“Absolutely horrendous. We immediately left. Requested a nonsmoking room, but it smelled so strong of cigarettes it was like someone had smoked right before we walked in. The door was jammed and barely opened, closed, or locked. There were tears and stains all over the sheets, pillow cases, and blankets. Nothing had been cleaned - the bedside table still had muck, dust, and water circles where drinks had been left. There was a huge pile of vomit or SOMETHING on the bed/carpet that didn't look……

“Room was not clean, plastic over the smoke alarm, toilet paper stuck in the peephole. Bathroom ick. The staff were all wonderful, super friendly. ”
