“Arrived at 7:30pm and no one was at desk. There’s was a sign that said they’d “be right back” 15 minutes later I called the hotel to say I’d been standing there and then they showed up. I can’t stand when there are hairs in the bathroom so I can’t give them a “clean” rating. If I can see them at my age, they should be able to see them. It was the most expensive hotel in Troy so I guess I expected more.”

“Such a horrendous experience. I arrived; the check-in was really quick. I went into the room and inspected the bed like usual. It seemed wrinkled, like someone had just covered the sheets with the cover. The bed sheets had several strands of hair and stains. The area of the rug near the A/C unit was soaked. I went and spoke to the receptionist; she stated that they were unable to change the sheets, change the room, or complete any refund. There was zero accommodation. She added that there would……

“The stay was fair. Room had a smell. They didn't service the room after day one, we stayed three days. Beds sagging and fell towards middle. Bathrooms falling apart in places.”

“They have the air conditioning turned off until you get into your room. Sweltering!!!! Then they controlled it throughout the night. Sweltering. Would I stay here again? Not!!!!”

We stayed there for nearly three weeks prepaid so if we had left we would have lost our money there was microwave the sink leasked fridge did not work asked several times to be moved nothing the final straw was waiting six hours for a roll of toilet paper and low and behold the next morning we were told we had not paid in three days to get out”

“There was sheetrock dust all over the gritty floor. There was 4 of us and there was only 2 towels. No ice, no breakfast. The beds were halfway decent. There was a Crack under the door a large rat could crawl under. Water was hot and the shower worked well.”
