不滿：整潔度、設施服務和住宿狀況
Absolutely horrendous. We immediately left. Requested a nonsmoking room, but it smelled so strong of cigarettes it was like someone had smoked right before we walked in. The door was jammed and barely opened, closed, or locked. There were tears and stains all over the sheets, pillow cases, and blankets. Nothing had been cleaned - the bedside table still had muck, dust, and water circles where drinks had been left. There was a huge pile of vomit or SOMETHING on the bed/carpet that didn't look like they had even attempted to wipe it up. There was no TV despite all their photos showing the rooms had TVs. We were put all the way at the end of the building completely alone and as a single mom staying with my two daughters, it did NOT feel safe at all. The men in the lobby were on their phones watching videos and didn't seem to even notice I was there. I will be contacting the BBB bc this property should NOT be in use. Truly disgusting.
