I recently stayed at the Quality Inn & Suites in Eufaula, Alabama, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The customer service, particularly from a staff member named Jay, was extremely unprofessional and rude. It made what should have been a simple check-in process unnecessarily uncomfortable. In addition, the rooms were far from satisfactory. They felt outdated, poorly maintained, and not at all comfortable. For a place that should offer rest and relaxation, it fell short in every aspect. Overall, I would not recommend this location based on my experience. Improvements in both customer service and room quality are definitely needed.

The room was very clean, and just like the photo. Had a few loud guests one night, but a great pair of earplugs can work wonders. Breakfast was good, and the coffee even better. The hotel is in a convenient location, and Lori & Jay were very accommodating. Everything was as advertised, except the higher pet fee than posted on Expedia. I would certainly recommend this hotel though.

Everything on the property seemed broke or closed for repairs: gym, pool, ice machine. Not sure about the definition of Quality, but this was a real let down.

I am a night shift nurse. I put the do not disturb sign on the door so I could be left alone during the day to sleep and housekeeping woke me up around 10am with loud, obnoxious knocking and announcing themselves about yo come in. Clearly I hopped up out of a deep sleep in a panic and had to deal with that and unable to fall back asleep. Working that night was very hard. It happened again the next morning as well around the same time. I dont know if kids took the sign down or prankers but regardless there needs to be a better system then just obnoxiously banging on doors prior to check out times when people need to sleep. I had the room 3 days there was no need to bang on my door two days straight and ruin my sleep for working ALL night. I am very frustrated by this. Also the hotel is not willing to work with me as a jight shift worker. I cant come after work at 7am to check in and sleep for 7 hrs and leave. The representative repeatedly said check in is at 3. I explained I need a room to sleep while out of town and am off at 7am they didn't budge. So If I need to sleep 7 hours I need to purchase a hotel room the day BEFORE so that the day I need to sleep is covered (but only til 11am) then need to purchase another day for the other half of my sleep 11-550 but congruen

Our room was spotless when we entered. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was quiet and safe. Convenient to downtown Eufaula, restaurants and shops. Beautiful lake view. For the price for 2 rooms, this place couldn’t be beat. This Quality Inn is in a much nicer location than the other 2 brand name hotels in the area.
Lake view, easily walkable from across the street from the Quality Inn. You can also see it from most rooms.
