Ground floor poolside! 2024 Under New Management!

Ground Floor condo that opens directly onto the best resort pool area in PCB. You will not want to leave once you step foot on Shores of Panama extra large 5 star pool area. The lagoon type pool covers a large part of the area along with a gulf side hot tub, two walk up bar areas with food and drinks. This pool area is not just concrete and a pool, we are talking about tropical landscaping with fountains, bridges and space galore. There is a private pool side area that faces east so you have a great view of gorgeous sunsets.

This unit is beautifully decorated and was recently updated. It has one dedicated parking space and one additional space. It accommodates up to 8 guests. Furnished with 2 King beds, 1 twin bed with a twin trundle bed and a Queen Sleeper sofa in the living room.

Shores of Panama is centrally located on the east end of PCB. You are within walking distance of many restaurants, shopping areas, bars and the one of the best donut shops in town. Walmart is also within walking distance. One of the most famous restaurants in PCB, Pineapple Willy's is next door with gulf side seating on a deck that stretches over the sand almost to the water's edge. You are 10 minutes from all of the marinas in PCB for all of the fishing and boating fun.

The location of being on the first floor was excellent! No waiting in line for elevators! The parking was a little frustrating at times having to search for a "yellow" spot for second vehicle. The armband policy is a little aggravating - no one wants a wristband tanline or to have them in beach photo shoot! But overall the stay was great! Great condo & the rental company "See Ya at the Beach" was very accommodating, quick to respond with easy communication! We continue to choose Shores of Panama when we come to PCB!

What a great experience!

We were surprised at the cleanliness. It smelled clean, no smell of moisture in the air, which I appreciate in Florida. The ground floor was a game changer! Everything was smooth, communication was great. There were plenty of linens/towels/fans/toilet paper. We would totally stay here again, this is one of our best short term rental experiences. Family Vacation

This 1st floor property was super convenient to the pool, pool grill, and pool bar. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were very spacious. The kitchen had everything the we needed. Enjoyed stay but had a few issues

Other than the lock on front door wouldn’t work any so we had to leave the gate sliding door access unlocked to be able to get in. The tv in master bedroom with sliding door & kids room wouldn’t work. But other than that we had a great stay and enjoyed it!

Spring break getaway with family

Condo was clean and the location of the condo on the property cannot be beat! We loved being steps away from the pool and not having to deal with the elevator. The reserved parking was fantastic and we didn’t mind using the stairs to get to the 4th floor of the parking garage. I wish we could take Shore of Panama and move it down closer to the west end. We spent a lot of time driving down to the Pier Park area and the traffic at this time of the year was really bad.

Great spring break stay!

Wonderful stay, amazing location. We stayed here with 2 families- 4 adults and 3 kids 10 and under. First floor was the way to go! The pool was cold, but not the fault of the condo. Had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Easy pool access

They only thing negative about location is the parking garage which I understand is not the condo owners fault. It was very nice being able to walk off balcony into pool area especially since we had family with mobility issues.

couch was horrible, I think it is time to be updated, door lock would not cooperate the first 5 times, to get in. Location was great, enjoyed staying on the 1st floor, hated parking deck, glad we didn't have to do the elevators, they were horrible on our last trip there.

Relaxing weekend

Decent

Very convenient as far as having a pool & so close to the beach! We had a very short stay. The condo definitely didn’t get cleaned before our arrival and for the amount they charge for a cleaning fee I was very dissatisfied. Other than the mold , & cockroaches the location is amazing!

Horrible Property

We’ve been going to Panama City for years and have always stayed at the Shores of Panama however this time we were very disappointed. When we arrived we had many problems and tried calling Brian many times with no answer. We were there for 5 days and he never responded to any of calls. The pictures do not look anything like the property and parking was terrible!

Quick access to pool

The condo was very spacious. Beds were comfortable. We didn't use the reserved parking as we were able to find a non reserved spot on the second floor. The patio was great. It was huge. The locked patio gate was very convenient to access the pool and beach instead of having the to use the front door. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to booking in the future.
