「The hotel is very quiet,it has a small kitchen, and a big fridge.」

「TP is flimsy! Hate the soap dispensers! Too hard to get out! Too noisy with heater on or off! Can’t turn off the fan so it constantly runs & is way too loud!!! Everything else is great. Beds are vet comfy!」

「前台冷淡，入住時發現，浴室裡沐浴乳架整個掉落在浴缸裡，塑膠碎片四處飛濺，打電話告知櫃檯時，工作人員語氣冷漠，並提前掛我電話，令人非常無語。隔天下大雨，窗台邊踏腳板滲進雨水，地毯潮濕一片，一樣打電話告知櫃檯希望能送幾條毛巾給我們，讓地毯的水份暫時吸收，阻止繼續蔓延，口頭答應後當晚也沒有送來毛巾，幸好雨勢轉小，沒有釀成更嚴重的危機。住宿當中，房務整理後當天，發現床上的耳機不見，一樣打電話告訴前台，麻煩幫忙問一下房務是否有看到耳機，電話中答覆會再詢問並回電，直到退房也沒有任何消息。最後退房時，櫃檯人員一邊嚼著口香糖，一邊工作，完全不符合星級飯店的門面印象。 雖然飯店很美，房間小但是舒適，但是這樣的服務態度，令人失望，如果不講求溫暖溫度，尚可入住體驗周邊樹林湖泊的美好，但若有問題需要請飯店幫忙，則自求多福。 未來不會再入住喜來登系列飯店，以上為個人經驗分享，希望只是特例，運氣不好的我恰巧碰到。 」
