「Customer service was outstanding. Reception staff were extremely helpful. Very relaxing pool. Very nice steam room and sauna. The spa staff were excellent and the treatments were first rate. The rooms were very comfortable and cosy. The boot room was spacious. The only slight criticism is that the lockers are not ventilated or heated. The breakfast was very good for a 3* hotel. 「Les Crêtes Blanches is an old, dirty and uncomfortable family run hotel. 「If you're thinking about staying here, BOOK IT NOW. My wife & I only stayed for one night, but we both wished we'd had more time. The property is BEAUTIFUL and the owners provide FIRST CLASS HOSPITALITY.
Our stay included breakfast, and it was perhaps the most amazing breakfast I can remember - with the most delicious homemade jams (as well as many other delicious offerings)!

「When making the booking, we paid extra for bed linen and towels. Upon arrival, neither bed linen nor towels were present in the apartment, which we immediately reported to you. Unfortunately, it took a long time before we received any response.
When you eventually replied, you acknowledged that the ordered bed linen and towels could not be delivered due to problems with your vehicle. We were then asked to solve the problem ourselves by renting linen elsewhere in town, which we find completely...
