「Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.」

「Die Aussicht war aus unserem Apartment sehr schön auf den Gardersee. Der Pool war auch eine schöne Sache. Leider ist die Ausstattung etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Räume sind sehr hellhörig.
